Is it time for you to remove any masks you are hiding behind and reveal the real you?
With this art piece, I was guided to pain a venetian harlequin mask, at the time I was going through a time of change and as the image began to take shape so did my changes. Although some of the aspects of gold are faded, there are still some bright gold parts of the mask visible, this to me represented growth and rebirth. As with all my paintings, they are meditation tools and this one in particular is a wonderful tool.
When I start out with a painting it is a journey with no end however as the image becomes clear the meaning behind the painting becomes clear. I hope you enjoy this image and find the strength to become your true self.
