We all fall into creating habits in our lives, this can be rituals, routine or even compulsions. However sometimes a simple task becomes and habit that somehow creates a sense of dependence or deeper still addiction.

This can happen over time, slow and unnoticeable at first then it becomes a deeper issue that without realizing it controls our lifestyle, friendships, and relationships. It is important to know you have the power to change this, but only if you are ready!! Nothing will change if you are not ready to make the changes.

This course is designed to help you gain insights into the following –

What keeps the habit alive?
explore options for healing and releasing the habit.

Reiki – what is it?

I have been a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner since 1996, helping many clients in the Scotland, England, Australia and New Zealand start their deep personal healing process.

Within Reiki there is a specific process for dealing with breaking habits and addictions. I feel that is it now this information should be shared, and we can all get Hooked by something that controls our lives – this can be digital devices, food, drink etc.

Join me in this course which I hope will help elevate your personal healing to new heights with the power of Reiki and universal energy.
